CYCLE DAY 2: STEP BY STEP

So today I am on CYCLE DAY 2. I started my evil witch yesterday! >.< and she decided to bring along some strong ENDOMETRIOSIS cramps! But I'll be alright. My love is working as we speak, and I cannot STAND not having her here with me!!! I am such a baby! =) Anyway, according to my calendar my fertile period this month is JUNE 10-15. So within those days I should be ovulating! Those are the days we will be doing our inseminations, 3x with syringes, and 3x with a catheter going as close to the cervix as we can. We still have to order our supplies online! O man! But we have FAITH that this is our time! =) GOD is GOOD! At this point I am DREADING the idea of the 2 WEEK WAIT after ovulation, but I am determined not to take ANY pregnancy test this time until the day my period is due, which will be JUNE 27. Let's hope it'll turn out positive!!! And if not, that just means JULY! LOL! But we do think it will work this time around! I have been taking PRENATAL VITAMINS since MAY, just a walgreens brand so that is also a good thing!

We have to give a shout-out to BO-PAH AND BOATIE, who also went through this TTC Journey and now have a gorgeous baby boy along with there oldest son! They truly did inspire us! LOVE U GUYS!!

Now, for those who are wondering EXACTLY how we are doing this....GOOGLE IT! LMAO! No No! Just kidding! Well my babes is going to me the INSERTANATOR lol...after our donor does his thing into a STERILE cup, she attaches the CATHETER onto the SYRINGE and sucks up the sperm. Then with a SPECULUM and FLASHLIGHT, she will insert the CATHETER into my....ummm...you guys know...lol...and bring it as close to the CERVIX as she can, then slowly push the sperm out.

Now, we are using a SPERM-FRIENDLY lubricant called PRE-SEED which is said to mimic CERVICAL MUCUS, and does not harm sperm. After that, I am lying on my back with my hips elevated with a pillow, and legs up for 30min to an hour. Also, research does say to try to orgasm after so the cervix can open up slightly and the swimmers can start treading!

But, yes this is how its going down guys! Lol! Let's keep those fingers crossed!!!
